Our Life Center
If you’re in crisis or unsure where to turn, the Life Center is a safe and welcoming place to start. Here, you’ll find the basics— a hot meal, a cup of coffee, a shower—along with people who can help you figure out the next step. We offer support with health and wellness, shelter guidance, and whatever you need to begin feeling steady again. You don’t have to do this alone—we’re here for you.

Monday – Wednesday, Friday – 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursdays – 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Services:
Resources for housing, food, medical care, employment, and transportation
Peer support and mentoring (women with similar life experiences)
Computer classes and free computer lab with phone charging
CalFresh, Medical, WIC, EBT (Nutrition supplementary programs)
Legal Aid & SSDI, SSI, SDI assistance
Warm food served all day and heat-to-order lunch
Skill building & emotional support groups
Translating Services (Spanish/English)
The Living Room Life Center is a unique, welcoming space where women, children, gender-expansive individuals, and their pets come for support, connection, and resources as they work toward stability and a better future.
Staff Holiday List as follows: The only closure day in December is Christmas day the other days we are still open the staff just gets to choose when they are off, but the center is still open. The other days in the other months both campuses are closed.
